The restaurant, together with consulting Chef David Standridge of New York's Cafe Clover, has developed a menu that reflects the spirit of The Maidstone; classic American flavor updated with unexpected, contemporary twists. The restaurant is accepting limited reservations for our preview days over Memorial Day Weekend. Walk-Ins are always encouraged.
